Net 10 phone for $19.99 @ Safeway

I don't know much about Net 10 phones or service, but now that my contract is up with my cell phone carrier, I'm looking for more economical cell phone alternatives.  I think this purchase would count towards the "spend $75 get a $10 catalina" deal at Safeway going on this weekend.  I would ask first if you are strongly considering getting a Net 10 phone at Safeway.
Anyhoo, you can find out more about Net 10 phones and plans here. The flip phone on the left is $14.99 and didn't look that great, but for $5 more, the phone on the right looked to be much better quality. I've never used Net 10 so I can't attest to product or service quality, but I certainly will write a review after I have tried it out for a bit. I have a very basic plan and cell phone right now, so I don't think this would be  a step down for me.
